Practice update – Change in partnership arrangements

We wish to inform patients that, with effect from 1 April 2026, The Colte Partnership has been formally dissolved.

Ardleigh Surgery will continue to operate as an independent GP practice under a newly constituted partnership comprising Dr Radrie Cole, Dr Philippa Outtridge, Dr Kelechi Anumnu, and Dr Michelle O’Carroll.

This change relates to the legal and organisational structure of the practice only. There is no change to the services provided, and patients will continue to receive care in the same way as previously. Access to appointments, prescriptions, and clinical services remains unchanged.

All clinical and administrative staff remain in post, and the practice continues to operate in line with NHS contractual requirements and regulatory standards.

Patients remain registered with Ardleigh Surgery, and no action is required.

We remain committed to delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care, and we thank our patients for their continued support.
